Troubleshooting

Common Issues — Quick Fixes

Most problems have a one-minute fix. Here are the ones we hear about most.

Antivirus flags the installer

False positive — this happens with every executor. Add an exclusion and re-run:

  1. Open Windows Security → Virus & threat protection
  2. Under Manage settings, open Exclusions and add the Madium folder
  3. Run MadiumSetup.exe again — the flag disappears

Attach does nothing

The loader needs an active game process to hook into:

  1. Join any Roblox game first — attaching from the menu does nothing
  2. Close and reopen Madium, then press Attach
  3. Still stuck? Right-click the loader → Run as administrator

Android blocks the APK

Expected behaviour for any sideloaded app:

  1. Tap Install anyway when Play Protect shows a warning
  2. If install is blocked, allow installs from your browser in system settings
  3. Re-enable Play Protect scanning after install — Madium runs fine

Script runs but nothing happens

Usually a script issue, not an executor issue:

  1. Try another script for the same game from the hub
  2. Check the script’s last-updated date — old scripts break after patches
  3. Make sure Roblox itself is fully updated
